As Kerry TJ Logistics continues to grow, we are actively recruiting and nurturing talent to create a generation of business leaders.

Kerry TJ Logistics' Management Trainee Training Program is helping train a new generation of logistics leaders with activities including orientation and on-site training at the corporate headquarters, on-site training within business units, participation in special projects and workflow optimization, and overseas training classes. After completing the training program, outstanding candidates will continue to receive an array of opportunities for development and promotion as members of our management team.

Management trainees will work within core management teams responsible for integrated logistics, international freight forwarding, delivery and sales.

In addition to meeting educational requirements, management trainees should:

• Have a bachelor's degree or higher, in any area of specialization; special consideration will be given to applicants with knowledge of the logistics industry or global corporate management
• Be fresh graduates, or have one year of work experience
• Be interested in the greater China logistics industry
• Be forward thinking, creative, open to new ideas, and self motivated
• Be team oriented and customer focused
• Have good communication and analytical skills
• Have management experience or potential
• Be proficient in spoken and written English; special consideration will be given to those with TOEIC scores above 750
